Welcome to Dorim.Beauty! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dorim.Beauty software platform, including all associated mobile and web applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

“User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform as an employee or representative of a business entity that has entered into a commercial agreement with Data Excellence Group LLC (“Licensor”).
“Platform” means the Dorim.Beauty mobile and web application software, owned and operated by the Licensor.
“Content” means any information, images, data, or other materials submitted, uploaded, or generated through the Platform.
“Authorized User” means a User who has been granted permission to use the Platform in accordance with the agreement between the Licensor and the User’s employer or principal organization.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized by your employer to access and use the Platform.

2.2. To access certain features, you may be required to register by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. PERMITTED USES

3.1. You may use the Platform only in accordance with your employer’s internal business operations and only for lawful purposes.

3.2. You agree to:

Use the Platform only as intended by the Licensor;
Keep login credentials confidential;
Report any security breaches or unauthorized use immediately.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You shall not:

Access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that permitted under your organization’s agreement with the Licensor;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Platform;
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, transfer, or distribute access to the Platform to any third party;
Introduce malicious code or harmful content to the Platform;
Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of any individual;
Collect or store personal data of other users without authorization;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software code, design, logos, and databases, are the exclusive property of the Licensor.

5.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms and the relevant service agreement.

6. CONTENT AND DATA

6.1. By submitting Content to the Platform, you grant the Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, store, and analyze such Content for the purposes of providing and improving the Platform.

6.2. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the Content.

7. SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROL

7.1. Each User is issued a unique user ID. Sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.

7.2. The Licensor uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including encryption, secure authentication, and access control mechanisms.

8. AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT

8.1. The Platform is generally available 24/7, except during planned maintenance periods. The Licensor will provide notice of any planned maintenance that may affect availability.

8.2. Users may contact support via the email and hotline provided within the app interface for technical assistance and operational questions.

9. TERMINATION

9.1. The Licensor may suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately if a User violates these Terms.

9.2. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User shall immediately cease, and the User must cease all use of the Platform.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

10.1. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10.2. The User assumes full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from the use of the Platform.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

12.1. The Licensor processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection laws, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data.”

12.2. Users are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents for the use and transfer of personal data.

13. MODIFICATIONS

The Licensor may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
